The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and bus terminals, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is attentive and provides good service, ensuring that all basic amenities are met. The rooms, although not having many sockets to charge your phone, have amazingly comfy beds and private bathrooms. Plus, the breakfast is a great addition to start the day.
The hotel could improve on the ventilation in the rooms, ensuring better air circulation.

Its friendly and good location.
The fact that they close the kitchen at 10 pm>people who stay have no options left and it is a bit uncomfortable>people who have to leave early morning or late night face difficulty finding any food before the start of journey.

I recently stayed at a backpackers in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious and modern. The location was perfect, close enough to the main areas of the city but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of the hostel. I highly recommend this place for a great stay in Auckland.

As a Hostel for backpackers, it is a good one. Good location at the edge of the downtown area. Large common rooms for kitchen, living room, etc. Limited free wifi.
We chose this hotel as it was a cheap option for hotels in Auckland, so we chose a double room with private bathroom - we are not backpackers looking for hostel. The room has nothing except a bed and a coffee table -- not even a hook on the wall. It makes sense as a hostel, as the common areas are spacious for everybody's use.

The facilities were what you would expect for a low price. Large kitchen with plenty of seating. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Good location.
Nothing to be said.

The other backpackers staying there were a good bunch.
Failed to tell customers about towing situation outside door. Cost me $250 . Staff tell some customers about the situation but not others. Inadequate signage in places you dont notice in the office about this situation. No refund policy, or I would have left. Nigley little charges for everything, like lockers. Over the top key deposit. $50.00 Reception often vacant as the manager is away cleaning. Why not more volunteers. Kitchen closed from 9.30 - 7 am. Staff inflexible to accomodate guests with early starts. Some guest have to leave their food in the kitchen when they leave because of this staunch rule. Hostel run at the convience of the manager. Not interested in the guests' needs. Every backpacker you talk to has a complaint about the service of the hostel. Also no storeage in dorms, only chairs no one sits in. Long stayers monopolize the bottom bunks and take up alot of room on the #### chairs and coffee tables in the dorms. Leaving short stay people with no room for their backpacks/stuff . Bad ventiliation in the hostel. One is constantly sweating when inside on warm days. Could do with a makeover of management culture.

The hostel looked new and very clean, the reception staff were helpful and knowledgable about Auckland and suggested a good city walk for me to take in the sights. The kitchen was the best I have ever seen in a backpackers and the bathrooms were fantastic too. The free Wi-Fi was useful too as this lasted me many hours. The city centre is only a few minutes walk away and the City transit centre at Sky tower is 30om away. I will be back.
Nothing Bad

Located near the city centre and close to the iconic Sky Tower, it's a convenient spot for exploring all that the city has to offer. The staff here are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities are provided in the rooms, and although there aren't many sockets for charging phones, the private bathrooms offer city views and the beds are comfortable. Another bonus is the breakfast provided, a perfect start to the day.
All in all, this hotel met our expectations and provided a satisfactory experience.

room was clean and had a table and 2 chairs which was nice. facilities were good
bed was really uncomfortable, could feel all the springs through it, and there was oly a sheet and a thin quilt so was pretty cold. also they have music playing in the reception all night and peaople partying loudly until 3 in the morning in the lounge, despite a 'quiet after 10pm rule' so didnt get much sleep. shower was not very clean.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was really convenient, being close to both the city center and the motorway. We loved that the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the large kitchen with plenty of seating. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us advice and information on everything from setting up a bank account to transportation options. a fantastic stay!
Nothing to mention.
